Welcome to Pubozo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Agreement

By booking any cleaning service through Pubozo, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. Our cleaning services include, but are not limited to, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized sanitation services.

1.1 Service Booking

All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for standard bookings and 48 hours for specialized services. Rush bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.2 Service Modifications

Clients may modify or cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with reasonable notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services for one-time bookings
• Recurring Services: Monthly invoices for regular contracts are payable within 14 days
• Late Payments: Overdue accounts may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, clients agree to:

1. Provide accurate property access information and ensure our team can enter the premises at the scheduled time
2. Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival
3. Inform us of any hazardous materials, pets, or special conditions on the property
4. Ensure adequate utilities (water, electricity) are available during service
5. Provide safe working conditions free from harassment or threatening behavior

4. Liability and Insurance

Pubozo maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all cleaning operations. However, our liability is subject to the following conditions:

We accept responsibility for damage directly caused by our negligence during service delivery. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. Our maximum liability is limited to £5,000 per incident or the actual cost of repair/replacement, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for: Pre-existing damage, damage to items not secured as requested, damage caused by defective property fixtures, or consequential losses arising from service delays.

5. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas. This guarantee applies only to the specific areas of concern and must be reported promptly.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Client information is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pubozo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 14 days' written notice. Pubozo reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements immediately in cases of abusive behavior, non-payment, or unsafe working conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

Pubozo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
